Linda has over 35 years of experience in Contracts/Procurement Management, Pricing and Compliance fields. She started her career working for the Department of Army where she obtained her Contracting Officer warrant. Linda has spent the past 30 years in senior and executive level positions with various-sized government contracting organizations, including experience with the U.S. Army, NASA, DHS, all segments of DOD and various commercial organizations. Linda is an expert in the FAR and DCAA regulations.
Dawn-Marie has over 25 years of diverse professional experience as a human resources executive, analyst and generalist, primarily focused in hi-tech government contractor environments but has also worked in not-for-profit and retail environments. She has established human resources departments in several small companies and has helped a mid-sized company through a difficult acquisition by a very large company.
Dawn-Marie shares her knowledge across all areas of HR, in particular her expertise in strategic workforce planning, building HR capability, organizational change and change management, performance management, employee relations, benefits and compensation, compliance, coaching and training, team building and quality management.
Dawn-Marie has the proven ability to manage projects to achieve goals and a demonstrated talent for identifying and providing solutions to problems. She has developed, implemented and managed processes, policies and programs and has provided HR operations support at both large and small companies in a variety of industries.
